Aside from God, thank you for being the first one to love me!

Thank you for the countless meals and for making the best fried chicken and potato salad in the world!

Thank you for filling my closet with pretty dresses!

Thank you for bribing me with a brand new purse for Easter, if I agreed to get my ears pierced!

Thank you for being a fashionista and for carrying yourself with class!

Thank you for not giving up when your world seemed to be falling apart!

Thank you for taking a stand for Christ, despite who may have walked away!

Thank you for the prayers and for the nights I lay in bed listening as you worshiped God in your heavenly language…..oh what a beautiful sound!!!

Thank you for believing in me, supporting me, encouraging me, LOVING me!

Above all, thank YOU Mom for introducing me to JESUS!
